What is she doing?

Trying to get the leading edge on personal windmills? In the future will we use this little device to power a very low wattage flashlight? Hmmmm. I see dollar signs, and a new car for her mama when she takes the government for millions!!!
Then I asked her what she was doing, and POP millions gone. Nope Katie isn't capturing the wind, she is "helping" the wind. She has in her hand a mini fan, and she thinks the wind in WYOMING needs help. Silly girl. Katie loves the wind. She loves to have the window down in the car, she loves a very windy day, the kind of windy day where you almost can't catch your breath is her favorite. It was windy in South City, but not like here. Katie is in heaven!
