First Grader

Whew finally I have time to breathe!!  It came at the cost of Clint getting sick and me staying home from work with him.  But I'll take it.  I realized I never put up the first day of school photos.  Katie is a first grader now, and she LOVES it!!!  She is so tired in this picture because she couldn't sleep in anticipation for the first day of school.  She woke up at 5:30 ready to go.  I asked her why she was so excited, and she replied that she was excited to see her friends, but even more she was excited to sit at a real desk, not a table like in kindergarten.  My little girl is growing up so fast.  I find myself sad to not have her be my little baby, but more than sad I am excited to have her grow up and be the amazing woman I know she will be!!!
